Northrop Grumman and SET sign Software Transfer Agreement

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) and Space Environment Technologies (SET) have signed a Software Transfer Agreement for the transfer, from NGC to SET, of the entirety of all rights, anywhere in the world, to the SOLAR2000 software code, the SpaceWx service mark, all SpaceWx-related domain names, and all contractual as well as physical assets. Space Environment Technologies is a newly registered sole proprietorship in the State of California with a mission to develop advanced space weather products and services and enable human evolution into space.
